The owner Ty did a great job, he is very knowledgeable, and did the work on time. He also has a great personality and is a pleasure to interact with.This was a difficult problem. We contacted 3 or more companies prior to Clearwater and they did not understand or know how to fix the problem. Before Clearwater, the top engineer in town tried to fix the problem and failed as well. When our builder -who we trust immensely-engaged clearwater to fix the problem I was hesitant because of past experiences with this problem. However because we trust our builder and because my husband was impressed with Ty’s knowledge from the beginning we decided to give it a try. The bottom line is that Clearwater did a fantastic job and solved a problem we had almost given up on solving. Throughout the process he was hardworking, diligent in researching, investigating, diagnosing and he was a good listener. Because it was a complex problem it took time but he was responsive throughout. It has been more than a year and the problem has not recurred. We are very thankful he helped us out.

I hired Clearwater Summit to do some landscaping for me and it turned out beautiful!! Ty had great ideas and his employees were nice and friendly. They worked very hard. They put sod down , planted trees , plants and did a retaining wall. I am very happy with the results. I will recommend them to everyone.
