This Twin Lakes residential project was designed to maximize both function and lakefront enjoyment on a sloped property in Rathdrum. Multiple retaining walls were constructed to create usable, tiered spaces while stabilizing the hillside from the home down to the water’s edge. Stone steps connect each level, guiding you from the house to the lake with natural flow and durability.

A paver fire pit area offers a welcoming space to gather, complemented by gravel pathways that define movement throughout the landscape. Bark mulch surrounds the planting beds, providing clean contrast and low-maintenance coverage. Near the shoreline, fresh sod creates a soft lawn and beach-style area for relaxing by the water. A full irrigation system was installed to support healthy, long-term growth across the entire property.
