Everwell Bay Residence

Constructing usable outdoor spaces on a steep, waterfront slope was the focus of this design/build project. Major landscape considerations included creating accessibility and gathering spaces, stormwater retention, and utilizing deer-resistant, Mediterranean style plant materials to revegetate the slope and home surroundings.
