This lakeside residential landscape presented a unique challenge from the very beginning: with no traditional road access to the property, all materials and equipment had to be transported by barge. Our team even transported the machinery needed for the project across the lake, navigating the unique logistics of working on a hard to access site.

Once on site, we completed a full landscape transformation, including extensive plantings, flagstone pathways, paver patios, brick and boulder retaining walls, steps leading into the lake, stairs, a garden space, a sod area, bark and rock mulch, and a complete irrigation system.

Despite the challenges of accessing the property, our team found a way to bring the vision to life. Creating a functional, beautiful landscape that takes full advantage of its unique lakeside setting.
