CSGI High Profile Projects - 2008

CSGI was contacted by KXLY TV4 to help with a philanthropic project. The Girl Scout Center in Spokane was chosen as the recipient of the award sponsored by the local TV affialiate. CSGI designed the parking lot, and provided irrigation, paver walkway, boulders, sod, plants and a water feature, with help from some of our vendors. The project was profiled on a half hour TV program.

The Riverfront House is located on the Spokane River in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The structure consists of two large commercial spaces each featuring 3000 sq.ft. of outdoor waterfront patio space. CSGI designed the landscape which includes extensive patio terraces built with a variety of pavers and patterns, large planted slopes along the river front, and an extraordinary waterfeature at the front entry.

Coeur d'Alene Honda is a motor vehicle dealership located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. CSGI landscaped the premises using trees, few shrubs and hundreds of miscellaneous ornamental grasses. Because the majority of the landscape is comprised of the ornamental grasses the site has a comtemporary feel.

The landscape at the Steinway Piano dealership, located in Spokane Valley, was designed and built by CSGI. It includes an appropriate use of on-site rock in the swales and on the slopes. The plant layout is exceptional with plant material choices that both complement the building and screen the less attractive parts.

Lithia/Mercedes Benz of Spokane is located in Liberty Lake, Washington. CSGI designed and built the "display parking lot" with a comtemporary feel using ornamental grasses, minimal lawn and water retention swales planted with wetland species. The landscape is designed for low water usage and is irrigated using extensive drip and neta-fim systems.
